Screening Information

Join the hundreds of others who have experienced Small Town Rage: Fighting Back in the Deep South to create change in our communities.  We’ve made hosting a screening easy and very affordable.  Anyone can host a screening – nonprofits, schools, congregations – even individual activists determined to create change.

When you host a screening of Small Town Rage, you can:

  • Raise awareness for LGBT equality and HIV/AIDS treatment/prevention
  • Create dialogue with a community discussion
  • Sell tickets to raise money for your cause
  • Or just bring people together for a fun movie night!

STEP 1:  Get a screening license

Small Screening License Medium Screening License
·    One screening for up to 75 Capacity

·    Charge admission if you like

·    $100

·    One screening for up to 200 Capacity

·    Charge admission if you like

·    $200

Large Screening License X-Large Screening License
·    One screening for up to 350 Capacity

·    Charge admission if you like

·    $300

·    One screening for up to 750 Capacity

·    Charge admission if you like

·    $500

Each license is good for 1 screening scheduled within 1 year of purchase and are non-refundable.  For-profit entities and theaters ineligible.

Sizes:  to make them affordable, the screening licenses come in four sizes tailored to your needs.  You choose a screening size based on the maximum capacity of your venue.

If you’d like to use Small Town Rage in the classroom, our Educational Licenses are reasonably priced and may be used in perpetuity by the purchasing institution.  Plus, if your school would like to host a public screening and use the film in the classroom, we’ll provide you with a discounted price for both. Contact us for details.

Promote:  We want your screening to be a big success, so we will give you lots of free tools to help build an audience.
